One of the men in this video suffers from the congenital condition known as hypospadia, whereby the urineary canal does not terminate at the glans [head of penis]. This often results in a misshaped glans, one which often takes on the shape of an enlarged mushroom. The opening may have the appearance of a very long slit.
Crikey! Practically all of the men in these videos are 'helmets'. Not so, anymore.
